Over the last week, you may have noticed that FrattingHard.com was not available. What was available was a placeholder page left by our old website hosts directing you to indulge in some high quality male pornography. For those lurking GDI’s who took them up on the offer, and now owe several thousand dollars on your dad’s credit card to, “FarmBoyzSheepTacular.com”, we do not apologize, and you need to re-wash my car.
The whole site isn’t fully functional yet…some pictures may not show up, you may encounter a broken link or two…but everything is mostly back in order. Last night, I fixed the Classes and Dictionary. Tonight, I’ll start on the posts. I’ll get a bottle of Evan Williams Green Label, start editing, and however far I get before I pass out…well, that’s it. There’s always tomorrow.

I dont know man, at least where im from i havent yet seen a single GDI sporting Lacoste, besides i still do.. in the other hand i do agree its not a great proponent now days, i mean granted, Patagonia, Peter Millar, Hickey Freeman, Vineyard Vines and obviously Brooks Brothers kind off run the show now, but there’s still some space for Lacoste i think..

Lacoste was fratty, is fratty, and always will be fratty. V V is the best though.
Lacoste has sort of fallen out of favor with the fratdaddys at my school–I still have a couple Lacoste polos and I see the occasional croc hat (the new ones with the big crock look awful, by the way) but I usually rock the horse, fleece, or whale. Douchers–and fucking hipsters!–seem to have taken over the once-noble Lacoste brand. But then again, my dad wears it, and he’s pretty much a paragon of frattiness. I personally don’t like the cut of the shirts, they’re just not long enough–it’s like they’re designed for really jacked midgets.
Lacoste went to hell in a hand basket. They started making them in China or somewhere like that a few years ago and I’ve seen better quality shirts at Target. And… I see a lot of douchebag hollywood types wearing them now………
Well since you can buy Ralph Lauren at Tjmaxx, and guidos wear lacoste, brooks brothers and vineyard vines are the top. Ive never seen a douchebag wear VV or Brooks.
FrattyByNature: Great point on the VV & BB. Both excellent. Can’t knock RL though…. RL in a way defines the lifestyle. I don’t care if they’re 12.95 at Ross…. still an extremely well made shirt that holds up for years. Remember, the clothes don’t make the man… the man makes the clothes!!
I still wear the horse, I was just saying that when you see somebody wearing the whale or the fleece, you automatically think Fratstar.
Agreed. The nice thing about the horse is I’ve had countless GDI types in bars mention that I look like “Mr. 80′s” …….. not being aware they couldn’t have give me a nicer compliment.
By the way, not to sound douchey buy major sale at BB this weekend. Good time to stock up on suits an polos……….
any thoughts on Burberry polo’s? not the one’s with the hugh emblems on it, but the plaid where it buttons up and the small emblem. i have a few and mix it in with my bb and vv and polo shirts… i just think they’re classy
I have one myself and they’re “alright” I suppose. GDI’s happen to embrace Burberry, however as they think it gives them status and makes the appear wealthy. If you have one or two, I’d continue to wear them just to wear something different but I personally would stick wit BB, VV, & RL. Hollywood types love Burberry…. True Southern Fratdaddies wear older American brands with history.
