Whoever voted for CofC should just go ahead and kill themselves

  2. Hello? says:

I think CofC is in fact frattty, but not anywhere near Clemson.

  3. A-B says:

Cofc is definitely frattier than Clemson, I go to school in South Carolina and have been to both, Cofc has the better bar scene, beach, and better sorostitutes. And most fraternities in South Carolina go to Charleston for their formals anyway.

  4. Fratlando says:

Having the word “Southern” in the name does not make a school fratty. The only school in Mississippi that should be considered for this competition is Ole Miss. Go Cocks!

  5. Blackout Menace says:

CofC is so much more frattier than Clemson. Clemson is a good 30 miles from anywhere worth visiting, the bar scene is pathetic, and there are no separate fraternity houses on campus. CofC has over 15 Greek houses on campus, not to mention it is within walking distance of the biggest bars in the city, several more than Clemson and open much later, not to mention Dumas and Brooks Brothers stores within 2 minutes of campus, not to mention Charleston’s the birthplace of the Confederacy, not to mention it is right on the water, so if you’re sick of class you could either head to the beach or relax on your boat sipping on fratwaters. There is nowhere more Southern or more frat-tastic than Charleston, South Carolina.

Clemson may be bigger, but CofC frats much harder. I guarantee it. They should easily be winning this.

  6. Brumski says:

Shitty draw for us Terpies, never gonna give Georgia a fight. We’ll keep it as fratty as possible in the meantime and dream of someday being great though…

  7. SC Defender says:

    Go Cocks!

  8. Clayton says:

    Hotty Toddy and Go Cocks!!

  9. Alex says:

I’m sorry, does CofC even know what a gameday is? Don’t get me wrong, CofC frats know how to dress and how to be somewhat fratty, and i have a lot of friends from home that go there, but CofC’s greek life is nothing compared to Clemson. Sure, some of our bars close early but only a couple close at midnight and even if they do, a real fratdaddy can seal his plan A by 12 no problem. Real fratdaddies don’t have to wait til 2 or 3 for a sorostitute to get drunk enough to find them shackable. A Clemson fratstar could take his plan A home at 10 if he wanted to.

  10. Chandler says:

Clemson bars close at 2, and Clemson has one of the best tailgate gamedays. C of C Greek life is weak and not even in the same league as Clemson

  11. brew says:

ACC can not tailgate. Its science. Any SEC school is better than the best ACC schools. SEC frats do work like SEC football “better than you and we know it.”

Besides you are talking about bars? What about the frat castle? If you have to go to a bar to get your plan A, you sir are not frat. Plan A’s should flow through the houses like the frat water through the keg tap.

If that does not happen for yall it sounds like a personal problem. It does not make you a bad person just inferior.

  12. Jesus says:

you obviously have never been to a NC State tailgate…. NCSU has huge tailgates that take up all the state fairground parking, vet school parking, alumni lot, all the areas adjacent to the stadium which includes the RBC center parking. way bigger than the pussy ass grove (ole miss) and we can drink in front of the cops and not have to lock our coolers or use red cups. hell, we can shotgun beers with the cops. as long as you aren’t physically starting a fight or in one, you can do whatever you want. Tailgates at state compete with the SEC all day and are better. so before you run your mouth about the ACC, sober up a little bit and take your foot out of your mouth.

  13. Daniel Simpson Day says:

I was at the USC vs. NCSU game in Raleigh last year and NCSU has the biggest mess of a student body I’ve ever seen next to East Carolina. Don’t get me started on that drunken mess of UNC rejects in pirate costumes and Birkenstocks.

I didn’t see one fratty person in Raleigh not in Carolina garnet and told my brothers there was more hair gel in the NC fairgrounds than anywhere south of New Jersey. They may have a big tailgate but you can’t enjoy your Crown Royal without the aroma of axe body spray making you nauseated plus I saw at least 50 guys with their shirts off and another 50 in wifebeaters. Big tailgate does not = frat. The above poster should be banned from this site immediately.

  14. GDI Slayer says:

CofC frats much harder than Clemson. Enjoy winning because you have more students.

  15. Hello? says:

Oh and no one gives a damn about how your tailgates take up like 4 parking lots or whatever you said..

  16. Clayton says:

Yes, Charleston iis in fact one of the absolute best cities in the country… that doesn’t however make C of C super fratty Not knocking it, but you can’t compare it to a major SEC campus. (No Offense)
NC State’s not bad either… but to say that The Grove is a “pussy” experience sounds like a fairly uneducated statement. Having spent 10 years in The Grove, it’s one of the best tailgating experiences and fun times to be had.
Jesus, not really knocking your school either but sipping fine bourbon out of a classic red cup is classy and fratty while “shotgunning” beers in front of cops sounds a little redneck and GDI. True fratdaddies practice discretion.
