I am orginally from Destin Florida which is a haven for Frattness. I grew up in seer suckers and sperrys. I chose the school for its engineering school and because i was some what reluctant to go out of state. It wasnt till i got fully engrossed into the guidoness of this school did i realize the error of my choice. One can make mistakes but i have visited bama many of times and i affiliate just fine. Ive had multiple people come up to me here in orlando and ask if i was a KA lmao. So thanks bud

As a Kentuckian, I can tell you UK is getting back to the ol’ UK with respect to fratiness. UK’s downfall started in the late 90’s when all the terds from Pennsylvania & Ohio started coming down to enroll in a “southern school”. UK was the closest to their shitty states, so they packed their hair gel, earrings, & Express for Men clothes & set up shop in one of the prettiest cities in America, Lexington KY, where two months out of the year we pack more hot ass at Keeneland than can be found anywhere in the world during that time. The true in-state fratdaddy’s smelled the stinch of shit in Lexington & retreated down to traditional frat schools further south to escape the reality of being affliated with the garbage they brought with them. We headed to Bama, Ole Miss, Sewanee, UGA, USC, Clemson, etc. to get away from the crap. Enough is enough. UK, we feared for a while would be banned from the SEC & would be a part of the OVC, BIG Ten, etc. shit conferences due to lack of fratiness. When we all came home back to the Commonwealth for Keeneland, UK games, etc.., we had to finally put our foot down & let the yankee terds know we were tired of it. UK is back. If you are from Ohio or Pennsylvania / Indiana, etc., stay the fuck up there.
ok first of all, i have never seen any northern schools frat hard. all they wear is abercrombie and shit…and pack bottles and bottles of jel in there hair…and whats up with people saying all these naia, junior colleges, christian schools, and div III schools are fartting hard? do you guys even have fraternities? some people think they are “frat” and they seriously are “not”. i believe its called a southern gentleman..not a northern gentleman or western, eastern gentleman, but southern. As far as fratty schools, most of the schools in the south are frat, and when i mean south i mean. Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina…..Florida doesnt count because all the schools there are not frat except UF even though traditionally Florida is not even considered a southern state even by its location. most people claim they’re frat but unless you drink scotch and play cornhole on a daily basis, and your closet has every spring color imaginable, with 3 different shades of each color. then you’re not absolutely fartting hard. but in the end, the SEC has to take the title for the frattiest conference.

Hmmm…as a connossieur of all things sec, I must say that each of our glorious institutions are overflowing with fratiness. I have respect for Georgia and Ole Miss for old school fratiness. However, Lexington may be the fratiest city of them all. I encourage each of you to visit Keeneland Racecourse some April or October. keeneland=day drunk uk sorostitutes needing rides to the bars (or to the stadium). My eyes have never seen such fine asses as the thetas and chi os in that town…good lord.
I must disagree with the rankings…Vanderbilt is in NO WAY that fratty. While I have a few fratty friends at vandy, the majority of the population is international students…not fratty….not at all
Ok, first off, UF IS NOT FRATTY. They are known for their hair gel, jean shorts, ugly women, and overall douchebaggidness. Let’s not forget the frattiest school in Florida, Florida State University. Also, who in their right mind thinks Urban Meyer is a fratty football coach, have you not heard of Bobby Bowden, he holds the record for most wins EVER in College Football. Some may say that Florida is not a southern state, but FSU is in North Florida, completely different from South Florida(Gweedo, jean shorts, border jumpers etc.) It puts UF to shame and definitely should be ranked there right at the top with other SEC schools such as Bama, Auburn, Ole Miss, and UGA.
Clemson deserves to be in the top 10, but I feel as though we frat a little harder than some of the other schools above us. Even South Carolina. I have been to UK and I do not feel as though many of those gweedos frat at all, save a few. Florida is not a fratty state either. South Carolina and Alabama are by far the frattiest states in the nation. How about everyone come down to Chapin, SC for the Carolina Cup next Spring and see what real frattiness is all about - Carolina Cup is by far the frattiest event in the world. Anyone beg to differ? It blows Keeneland out of the park when it comes to overall frattiness.

Western Kentucky Frats harder than UK jesus christ…all of these douchebag kids that went to my school who werar abercrombie and express go to kentucky and think they can frat, better making themselves look like douchebags. Western Kentucky (about 30 minutes from nashville) frats harder than any other school in kentucky hands down. I dont know how you could not add WKU in there before UK. Western Kentucky (about 30 minutes from nashville) frats harder than any other school in kentucky hands down. I dont know how you could not add WKU in there before UK. Yes, they are a well known basketball school, and southern i guess, but WKU is more southern and the frat water comes out of the ground there. AND THAT IS AS UNFUCKING BIASED AS I CAN BE
I have to disagree with clem sig on the clemson thing. Yall may be a big frat school, i have alot of friends in KA and Sigma Nu dont get me wrong, but damn yall have some GDI’s. Its not yalls fault though, clemson is a much smarter school than South Carolina, therefore you bring in Yankee’s…GDI’s ugly cousin. Therefore you bring down your frattyness, oh and the fratmosphere at the South Carolina tailgate before the Gamecocks play, blows Clemson tailgates out of the water. When was the last time a clemson frat had a band liek Hootie and the Blowfish play at yalls tailgate? But props on having the cheapest frat water in the state, i got a case up there for like 9 bucks. That is one thing that charleston lacks in its frattyness, is a sport that requires tailgating.
FratStar, yes, I understand where you are coming from. Of course the whole school does not frat hard. The greeks at Clemson frat hard though. Clemson greeks run every MAJOR organization on campus (e.g. Student Alumni Association, Student Government, basically all elections). I do understand where you are coming from with our unflattering influx of GDIs and Yankees. But we have even taught our Yanks how to frat, which is quite a feat. Our president is trying to make Clemson a much better academic school, which attracts the GDIs you were referring to. Not our fault. And I do have to hand you the Hootie thing, but Hootie is from USC, we don’t exactly have the fratty resources that a large city like Columbia has. I think that Corey Smith is as close to Hootie as we have come in a while. All in all, South Carolina’s big schools, namely Clemson and Carolina are two of the frattiest schools in the nation. The tailgating at both schools, I would have to say blow many of the other schools (even in the southeast) out of the water. Trustee Park on gameday is amazing (where all fraternities except KA and SIgma Nu tailgate) - you may not have seen true Clemson greek tailgating.

it would be intresting to find out which schools have really fratty weekends by having huge memorable fratty weekends . UT does round up weekend, TX vs. OK weekend, and we have down town going to 6th. st in Austin is fun.

I have grand news, fellow Frat-Stars! The University of Alabama’s Formal Sorority Rush this August 12-19 will be the largest in the nation. Over 1,800 Hopeful-Freshmen-Sorostitutes will be participating in the week-long event.
Needless to say, I am looking forward to the end of the week and the much anticipated “Running of the Bids”… which is very similar to Barcelona’s Runnin of the Bulls.
Also, someone wrote a few comments back about how the Greeks at his school controlled most activities on campus. I would say that this is mostly true in all truly-fratty schools…. However, the most powerful Greek System in the country is thought to be at the University of Alabama. Of course, I can neither confirm nor deny that this coalition exists, but I will let you decide for yourselves. UK’s greek life destroys WKU’s… even our shitty fraternities, considering Delt and SAE are the only good fraternities on campus. The rest of them are a bunch of reformed posers who decided to go buy a few Polo shirts when they got to school because they looked like a bunch of fags in their Abercrombie and hair gel

Considering that you attend UT, I believe your opinion concerning Vandy frat life is extremely biased. The Vanderbilt student body is composed of a mere 20% minorities and only 2% international students (hardly a majority, utsae). The student body at schools of similar academic prestigue is much more diverse (Duke has 43% minorities and 8% international students). I will readily admit that the Vandy undergrad student body is becoming increasingly GDI as admissions to the university becomes more selective (30% admitted last year at Vandy, as opposed to 80% at Bama), but there are a few houses at Vandy that have remained exclusive and refuse admission to Abercrombie gel-heads…Phi and KA come to mind. No matter what anyone else tell you, they are the only two.

Trinity University should be added to the list. Although we’re a small Division III school in Texas, our Greek system is fratastic and partakes in the typical hard fratting activities and customs.

Arizona State University is not on the list of schools fratting harder, and as someone who is leading the way of fratting, I can vouch for my boys and say that we are indeed getting more and more fratastic with each day.
Syracuse University - our fratmosphere is exceedingly fratty. At the castle we have a rule that when its 1 pm and youve been enjoying a few longnecks on the front terrace and you have to piss, you do it off of our front stone wall facing the greek quad, not the house.
The SEC is obviously the frattiest conference… When you reach The University of Arkansas you find plenty of prestigious fraternities and you will realize that you are at one of nation’s s finest fratty universities. You have never seen so much red/white seersucker, southern proper ties, whales on the chest, and of course visors from every premier golf course in the country (Augusta, Oakmont, Pebble Beach and Little Rock’s own… Alotian). Also, there is nothing like a football game on the hill here in Fayetteville or at our other stadium in Little Rock. Croakies are strapped, razorback red slacks are on, and the top-siders are so prevalent every fratdaddy will find themselves in frat-heaven.

U of I- Urbana-Champaign is the frattiest ever. With 25% of the student population in the Greek system and over 37 frats and 20 sororities, we are the frat allstars.
