UT should be at the bottom of the list for southern frattieness because that is the most liberal school west of the mississippi. liberals aren’t frat!

I’m almost positive they were referring to UT as in Tennessee, or UTK. Although the fratters at Texas frat hard, it’s 5% of the population of a 53,000 person school. There are only two or three good frat bars too, and they’re not even that great.
